With a growing portfolio of over 60,000 square meters of space and a total property value of approximately SEK 2 billion, Coeli Fastigheter focuses primarily on commercial properties with great potential for value creation through both management and zoning development.

An important part of the agreement is the joint pricing structure, which ensures that Coeli Fastigheter receives a consistent share of the revenue from each property where Parkit solutions are implemented. We also offer a competitive revenue split - and if Coeli Real Estate has agreements with more favorable terms, we match them.

Tailor-made solutions for each property
Coeli Fastigheter owns and manages a number of prominent properties across Sweden, with a focus on both residential and commercial spaces. When commissioning new properties, we start with a thorough inventory of all parking areas in each property, with the aim of identifying potential improvement measures that may include line painting, signage and installation of charging stations. These measures aim to maximize both the availability and revenue of each parking area.
By digitizing the parking spaces in our system, Coeli Fastigheter gets a complete overview of contracts, revenues and available spaces, which provides a solid basis for optimizing the management of parking spaces.
