If you have parked incorrectly or not followed the rules that apply in the area, you can get a control fee. The parking attendant will then put a pink control fee on your vehicle. The signs where you park inform you about current parking rules. Control fees are issued to ensure that the parking rules are followed, so that we can contribute to a traffic-safe environment for pedestrians, other road users and above all emergency vehicles!
If you have received a control fee that has been issued incorrectly, you must appeal using the form below. If, on the other hand, it is correctly issued and you unfortunately parked incorrectly, then you can be pleased that we donate part of the control fee to charity, read more here.

According to the signage on the site, parking is only allowed if:
The fee is paid at the designated pay machine.
Correct registration number and zone code entered in valid mobile payment option.
The parking attendant has noted that payment was not made at the time of the check.

I have paid, but in a different ATM.
I was delayed and the time I paid for expired.

According to the signage at the site, parking is limited. At the time of surveillance, the parking attendant either had the vehicle under surveillance or carried out a so-called valve check, and found that the vehicle had been parked for longer than the permitted time.
