Framework agreement with Wåhlin Fastigheter
Wåhlin Fastigheter positions itself as one of the significant private residential property owners in Stockholm, and its operations revolve around a clear business concept: to acquire, refine and manage its own residential properties. Tasked with meeting the specific needs of Wåhlin Fastigheter and addressing current challenges, Parkit will implement a comprehensive strategy to improve the parking situation. This includes an overall management of the parking facilities, an in-depth analysis of existing spaces and implementation of measures to optimize parking capacity.

By creating a digital map view, parking areas and individual spaces are plotted, giving both Parkit and Wåhlin Fastigheter a clear overview of all parking spaces. This technology enables an efficient analysis of the entire parking structure, which in turn facilitates the identification of possible areas for improvement.
The digital map view provides a real-time overview of available parking spaces, increasing opportunities to optimize parking arrangements and address any boundary issues. By using this technology, both Parkit and Wåhlin Fastigheter can strategically and efficiently work to improve the parking experience and thus increase customer satisfaction.
Filling up vacancies
Having gained a complete overview of the 52 properties managed by Wåhlin Fastigheter, the next step is to optimize the occupancy of the parking lots by filling up empty spaces. This aims to maximize the use of the parking space and create a more efficient infrastructure.
In parallel, in consultation with the customer, we will review and adjust current contractual rents to ensure balanced and fair pricing that is in line with the improved parking capacity and quality of service.
This two-step process aims not only to optimize parking use, but also to create an economically sustainable and beneficial solution for both property owners and users.
Optimize signage and draw new lines
Clear parking signs create a simple and user-friendly environment for both visitors and residents looking for parking in the area. Optimized signage avoids misunderstandings, which not only increases immediate convenience but also contributes to long-term profitability.
In all of Wåhlin Fastigheter's parking areas, Parkit will carry out a comprehensive optimization and clarification of the parking signage. This also includes drawing new lines around the parking spaces to further clarify and optimize the use of the parking space.
Administrator access and statistics
Parkit's efficient parking system enables a seamless management for administrators. With this system, they can easily monitor the occupancy of each parking space, identify which tenants are renting specific spaces, and manage waiting lists with ease. This transparent and accessible information gives all stakeholders a clear overview of all relevant parking-related data.
By offering this seamless functionality, Parkit's system not only facilitates parking management but also enables quick and informed decisions. This creates an efficient and orderly parking environment where both administrators and tenants can benefit from easy access to relevant information and an improved overall parking experience and parking management.
ParkitRND and digital parking permits
Parkit will digitize all customers' parking contracts, in the 52 properties, by uploading them into our system, ParkitRND. Each contract will be linked to the specific parking lot. The customer will then receive a personalized invitation to their individual parking permit, which they can easily manage via their mobile or web browser.
With the help of digital keys, provided through the platform, customers get seamless access to their assigned parking spaces. This digital management allows for a convenient and efficient parking experience, where customers have full control over their permits and access via their electronic devices.
Automatic door opening with ANPR
We implement ANPR/LPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition/License Plate Recognition) as an integral part of our parking monitoring and management solution at several of our customers.
Our primary focus at Wåhlin Fastigheter areas will be on using this technology to enable automatic barrier and garage door opening. This aims to create a smooth and convenient access for parkers to their specific parking spaces. By automating the process of recognizing license plates, we enable a hassle-free parking experience and streamlining access to the parking area.
Implementation of charging points
Parkit will be responsible for the comprehensive process of planning, installing and maintaining charging points. This initiative is partly driven by the wishes of both residents and visitors to the area, who are looking for sustainable and environmentally friendly transportation options.
By providing modern and cost-effective charging infrastructure, we aim to promote the use of electric vehicles and thereby support the transition to more environmentally friendly transportation solutions. Our aim is to provide convenient and accessible charging facilities to respond to society's growing interest in sustainable and greener modes of transportation.
Frequent monitoring and patrolling
At Parkit, we emphasize the concept of the "police effect" and value visibility as a crucial factor. To ensure the safety of parkers and promote proper parking, our controllers will patrol the 52 different parking areas with a high presence.
This presence and active monitoring aims to create a sense of safety and security, while promoting compliance with parking rules. By being actively present on site, we aim to create a positive environment where parkers feel safe and where parking rules are followed to create an orderly and hassle-free parking experience.
Parkit goes live with the design of the parking lot for Wåhlin Fastigheter at the turn of the year 23/24.
