Framework agreement with Svenska Hus
Svenska Hus is one of Sweden's largest privately owned real estate companies with residential and commercial premises in the Stockholm, Gothenburg and Skåne regions.
Parkit has recently signed a framework agreement with Svenska Hus and will take over the parking management for all of their commercial and residential properties in Stockholm.

Solutions
Parkit aims to implement a comprehensive digital transformation to create an efficient and modern parking infrastructure. This comprehensive strategy includes the digitization of all Svenska Hus parking areas, where we aim to not only optimize existing parking areas but also create significantly improved parking rules and increase the number of available spaces. To realize this, we will use advanced technology to monitor and regulate parking areas in real time.
By integrating parking sensors, cloud-based platforms and other digital tools, we plan to create a dynamic parking environment where accessibility and compliance are key. This includes automated monitoring systems and other innovative solutions to make the parking experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible for all concerned.
Furthermore, we will take care of all administrative aspects of parking management, including parking contracts, billing and waiting lists. By centralizing and automating these processes, we aim to create a more efficient and transparent management of parking resources. This will not only make things easier for Svenska Hus and the residents of the properties, but also create a platform for continuous improvement and adaptation based on user needs and changing conditions.
Administrator access and statistics
Parkit's advanced parking system gives Svenska Hus administrators a convenient and efficient way to monitor and manage parking spaces. With this administrator access, they get instant information on parking lot occupancy, which tenants are renting which lot, and can view current waiting lists. These detailed statistics provide a clear overview of all parking-related information, facilitating strategic decisions and optimization of the parking area.
Digital cartyvy
Digital map view is a key part of our strategy to improve parking management, and it plays a key role in the partnership with Svenska Hus. Using advanced technology, Parkit plots parking areas and individual spaces with a digital map view. This digital representation gives us and Svenska Hus a clear and concise view of all parking lots, which in turn allows for a thorough analysis to identify and address any areas for improvement.
Filling up vacancies
An important part of our strategy is to fill up vacant spaces to maximize parking occupancy. Having gained a complete overview of Svenska Hus areas, we are taking the next step to optimize the use of available space. At the same time, in close cooperation with the customer, we will adjust contractual rents to ensure a fair and financially sustainable solution.
Optimize signage and draw new lines
To create a smooth and uniform parking environment, we will focus on optimizing the signage and drawing new lines around the parking spaces. Clear parking signs make it easier for visitors and residents and reduce the risk of misunderstandings, which in turn creates increased comfort and long-term profitability.
In all of Svenska Hus' parking areas, Parkit will carry out a comprehensive optimization of the signage, while drawing new lines to maximize the efficiency and accessibility of each parking space.
Parkit RND and digital parking permits
To streamline the administration of parking agreements, Parkit will upload all customers' agreements in our system, Parkit RND, and link them to each parking space. Customers will then be invited to manage their digital parking permits via their phone or web. By using digital keys, they can easily access their parking spaces. This digital platform aims to make the process smoother and more user-friendly for both Svenska Hus and their customers.
Implementation of charging points
The implementation of charging points is a strategically important process where Parkit takes on the responsibility of carrying out the planning, installation and maintenance of charging stations. This extensive investment is driven by both residents' and visitors' wishes for sustainable and environmentally friendly transportation options that respond to the growing interest in electric vehicles. By providing modern and cost-effective charging infrastructure, we aim to create an environment where the use of electric vehicles is both practical and accessible.
By implementing charging points on our sites, we want to not only meet today's needs but also support society's overall goals for a greener and more sustainable future. Our commitment to sustainable transportation options means that we not only provide physical charging stations but also actively support and promote the transition to electric vehicles.
Automatic door opening with ANPR
In line with our innovative solutions, we will implement ANPR/LPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition/License Plate Recognition) in parking areas, with a particular focus on using this technology for automatic barrier and garage door opening. This aims to offer parkers seamless access to their parking spaces by identifying and authenticating vehicles through license plates.
Frequent monitoring and patrolling
Frequent surveillance and patrols are a key part of our strategy, where we often refer to the "police effect" to emphasize the importance of visibility and presence. Our controllers will regularly patrol the different parking areas with a high presence to ensure a sense of security among parkers and to promote compliance with parking rules.
