Fabege
Fabege is a real estate company that develops long-term sustainable urban districts, where people's different needs are in focus. At present, they have a broad property portfolio with a portfolio that connects Stockholm from Arenastaden in the north to Flemingsberg in the south. Challenges
Some of Fabege's challenges and problem areas have been that they have shared garages with several other operators in the property, which has resulted in disagreements regarding which locations relate to which operator. They have also found it difficult to route and manage the garage as the demarcation of responsibility for each garage operator has been overridden. In addition, Fabege feels that they lack real-time statistics on, among other things, occupancy of parking spaces, cancellation of parking spaces, queue lists, etc.
Solutions
To meet the needs of Fabege, Parkit will take a holistic approach to the parking situation, including optimising the map view of the parking area, applying systems for smoother parking administration and introducing clear guidelines for the parking area.
Digital cartyvy
To solve the problem of delineating parking spaces, Parkit draws the garage and parking spaces with a digital map view. This will give all stakeholders in the property a clear overview of all parking spaces, and better control of which spaces belong to which stakeholder.
Administrator access and statistics
Thanks to Parkit's flexible parking system, we can invite each administrator from each operator to their own "section" in the garage, where they can easily and conveniently see their parking spaces' occupancy, which tenants rent which space, queue lists, etc. This gives all operators a clear overview of all parking-related information.
Automatic cold lists
Our automatic queue lists are one of many convenient features that will simplify parking management for Fabege. If a parking space becomes available, the person on the list will receive an automatic message via SMS. If it is not confirmed within a certain time, it is released to the next in line. Thanks to these waiting lists, we will ensure that Faberge has 100% occupancy by renting between each operator's waiting list when one operator has vacancies and another has a waiting list.
Clearer guidelines and communication
In order to structure the parking management in the property, Parkit develops clear guidelines on what applies throughout the garage. This also means that we can now round the garage efficiently and smoothly and report back to all parties involved.
